No matter what settings I put into obs I lose ton of fps and game is unplayable.
I try to stream cs:go at 720p60fps but even 540p60fps is lagging and dropping my fps from 250 to 50-80.
I don't understand, can someone please help me set up my stream. No matter what settings I use it looks terrible and pixely and I use 2400 bitrate. Tried lanczos filtering but didn't help much. My main problem is the fps.

[I GOT A 144HZ MONITOR AND NEED 144+FPS]

My specs:
FX-8350 at 4Ghz
Radeon HD7850 2gb oc'd
8gb ram
windows 10

Start by enabling vsync or otherwise limiting your FPS to 144, then tune your stream settings from there. Presumably you're trying to stream something like CS:GO? 720p60 probably isn't going to look all that great even at 3500 Kbps and at 144 FPS your CPU may have some difficulty keeping up with both the game and the stream at the same time.

I capped my fps but I get 50-80 fps nowhere near 144.
