I can't see league of legends as an option for game capture help please
Question / Help I can't find a game through game capture options.

Also if you are using Windows 8,8.1 or 10, you can use monitor capture as well.

The out-of-game LoL client is the PVP.net client and needs to be captured with Window Capture.
The in-game client, if running in fullscreen (not fullscreen windowed) can be captured with Game Capture. If running fullscreen windowed, I believe it can be captured with either.
I'd advise EXTREME caution as far as using Monitor Capture. While the performance issues have been resolved since Windows 8, it removes a lot of control from your setup and can lead to things like personal information or other sensitive things ending up shown on-stream. Window/Game cap (aero on for Win7) virtually eliminates the possibility. I'd still view it as a fallback method rather than a primary option.

I know that more than one small streamer has been banned for accidentally flashing porn for a moment because they were using Monitor Capture. I can only imagine the kind of havoc that could come if you had a bank statement or other personal/private info of the same sort and alt-tabbed without thinking. It only takes once, and a BRB screen only helps if you think ahead.

You're aware that you can go back and start the VOD for a stream that's currently live, right? And step through it frame by frame? A hotkey won't do anything if you forget for a second or mis-alttab to something like the above. If it's on-screen for one frame, it can be grabbed by the savvy.
Monitor capture is more convenient in some cases, yes. If you want to use it, fine.
Just bear in mind that it has very real risks that have ended up with accounts bans after honest accidents let the wrong thing on-screen, due to the lack of control it affords.
