Question / Help I can't figure out my quality problems (blurry on motion)

By all accounts I should be able to stream CSGO/WoW at 720/1080p @ 60 fps like most of my friends, and have better quality and them due to my good upload and close connection to one of twitch's main servers.

CPU - I7 haswell 4770k
GPU - Sapphire AMD 7970 3gb
RAM - gskill 16gb 1600 ddr3
UPLOAD - 11mb up constant

I stream at 3500 bitrate, and get awful blurry quality on motion.

While compareably a friend of mine streams at 3200 bitrate, pretty much all the same settings as me and has this type of quality. http://www.twitch.tv/n0thingtv/c/5013456

Any ideas?

I see nothing wrong at all with the first stream, that is perfectly fine for a 720@30 stream. The videos are very comparable when it comes to x264-standards.
Are you using _identical_ settings apart from bitrate? And when I say identical I really mean identical, otherwise the streams won't be comparable even tho they might be similar.

Roger that. I can't see much difference in the videos, and the 300kb/s wont make much of a visual difference.

As per usual, please post logs after you've been streaming for atleast five minutes and in this case from both setups if possible.
What x264 CPU preset are you running on the two computers?

But I need to really make sure I come across with my main point. Streams really look similar and totally comparable. You have the same type of artifacting around the crosshairs and that type of fine details, there is no difference in motion blurriness/blockiness (as in it looks the same). The webcam however tricks the eye a bit making it more static and therefore have less moving material to encode.
I will drop the ball here since imho there isn't really an issue here :)
Hopefuly someone else with better monitor/eyes can help you better than me :D
