Question / Help I can't download OBS?

I am on windows 8.1 and my computer is fine, but when I got the installer for OBS and tried to install it said I had to download the latest version of DirectX and I clicked on the link and downloaded the latest one and it said that I already had the latest one? Help because I want to include facecam in my videos.

If that fails, you can try this and then repeat the above step: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/directx-dependency-fixer-dxfix.87/

Otherwise, try downloading the binaries instead of the instlaler.
