Question / Help I can't connect my twitch account to obs

I was using obs as normally for streaming, and suddendly it crashed and unlink my twitch account and now when i try to link it back it gives me this error

i have tried so many things but it just doesnt let me, i tried different services like my youtube account and i didnt had a problem with it please someone help me :(

disabling some background services can cause this, try turning them back on if you disabled any. just a thought. it happened to me.
