I want to capture paint.net and 1 other app, but they are multi-windowed ex. different window for color, different for layers. When I pick "paint.net" as window to capture i see only main window. And the same in other apps. I have windows 8.1 and "aero" option is disabled, so is there a way to capture this apps with OBS? I tried to change between "entire window" and "inner window" but there are still problems. I checked "compatibility mode" because there was black screen without it.
