I cannot connect to youtube stream(Stream Encoder)

I cannot stream on youtube and I would like to fix this.

issue
・when I start my stream via OBS, OBS tells me that my upload speed is too low and it drops some frames, and the connection will be cut off at the end
(I could stream without no problem till yesterday and I didn't change any settings nor any of my streaming environment so I'm confused and don't know how to fix)

what I did
・check my internet connection(actually, I had some problem※ here but already fixed. ※specifically→before my internet connection has been fixed, my connection was toooo terrible that I can't even watch nor open youtube app)

・un-install and re-install my OBS

・try stream on another platform(twitch, etc...)

Does anyone has any suggestion for this?

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
