Question / Help I can not get skype, mic, webcam and elgato ps4 to sync

I have spent hours trying to get all these to sync up. Best i've done is get mic, webcam and elgato to sync but skype is running fast.

The minute I try and get skype to sync the game audio is out.

Has anyone had any luck getting all these to work?

Adjusting global audio sync offset knocks game audio out of sync. Adjusting the scene buffer seems to be on the only way of getting skype in sync. Help
 
Unless you find a way to send Skype's audio through something other than Windows' internal audio (via something like VBVoiceMeeter) you will always have the delay. Since Windows Audio is the LAST thing to get picked up and mixed at the end, you have to basically line everything up with it. By default, here's how everything sits as you stream:

Game Video - 1 second delay (Elgato)
Game Audio - 1 second delay (Elgato)
Mic Audio - No Delay
Webcam Video - No Delay
System Sounds - No Delay

The problem is that when you edit system sounds (which is where every thing gets mixed to last), you increase the audio delay for everything else (game and mic). If you are not using mixer software to make sure everything comes in evenly, then you'll never be able to have them all synced.
