I can no longer Get Desktop Audio To Record Without Headphones

(Could even not record with headphones now for all I know)

So, while recording with headphones, I couldn't hear my game/desktop audio/etc., I fixed that. But now, when I try to record without headphones, no matter I try, the desktop audio isn't recording. The bar is going up like it is hearing it, I have either Monitor and Output or Monitor Off on for my Desktop audio, but yet, no sound is being recording on my audio. My mic is, my voice is, but no desktop audio, and I have tried everything to fix it, and I am getting a bit frustrated. By the way, I said I fixed it, so I can record and hear what I am recording with headphones, but after trying to fix this issue (record desktop audio without headphones, God knows if that works anymore either).

Here is some things about my current OBS and PC set up, that hopefully helps people to help me fix this issue/these issues:

First my latest OBS Log:

Second, I went to Control Panel then to Sound and there my Realtek(R) Audio/Speaker is the default device for Playback (which I set to be "use this device (enable)"), since that was off. And my Microphone array is the default device for Recording, and also have that set to: "use this device (enable)".

Some other stuff that will probably be said in the Log, but I am going to say it anyway, because I really want to fix this issue. So I can record properly again:

In Output, I have Audio Track 1 and 2 checked.

In Audio, I switch between Desktop Audio and Desktop 2, but neither really seem to work. It does seem to work (sometimes, at least) when I am using both, but I don't want to cause echo, so I don't really want to use both, and using both doesn't really seem right either.

My Mic/Aux seems to be able to record my voice when it is set to Mix/Aux (no number next to it). Mix/Aux 2 might work, but I don't think so.

In Advanced Audio Properties, I currently have Desktop Audio 2 as Track 1 (maybe I am putting it in the wrong track?) and Mic/Aux as Track 2.

The Desktop Audio 2 is set to Monitor and Output and Mic/Aux is set to Monitor Off.

Alright, I think those are the main things.

I hope the Log File and everything else I mentioned is enough for someone to help me fix this. I have been trying to fix this for so long, I am almost kind of upset that I fixed the headphones and recording with them (which I had been happy about). Because my desktop audio without the headphones had been working just fine until I did that, but now that isn't working. And I have tried so much and so long trying to fix it. Anyways, I hope u can help. Literally made an account here, just to get help with this (for now, at least. Might use this site for more in the future).
