using a i7 960
gtx 560
6GB ram

El Gato
and a ps3

when i watch my stream it seems fine but i do have 50 down and 10 upload
but nearly every other person on twitch says it is a bit laggy

what settings can i change ?
i have included screenshots of my current settings and a log file , and if possible do i need to change anything on the EL Gato side of things - found under ELGato-Properties ?

i dont want viewers leaving because it keeps lagging for them or is jittery - i know how awful it is to watch streams like that myself .

thanks
dan

As long as you are not dropping frames, the only thing you can really do as an end user is to keep lowering bitrate until it stops. This sort of issue is not one you can really resolve on your own.

what do you mean ?
if i lower bitrate i will lose quality right ?

Yes, you will. But buffering like this is not something you can really do anything about, other than lower bitrate. That is literally the only thing you can do as an end user.
