Question / Help huge pixel flash problem

hey, im getting this wierd pixel flashing problem like atleast once every 10-15 sec when streaming. i made a short 20 sec highlight video to show you my problem https://www.twitch.tv/chepzi/v/54095689 what is doing this?

settings: bitrate 2650, 30 fps, 720p, keyframe 0, cpu preset faster, encoding profile high, process above normal, use CFR check, Use CBR check.

cpu: i7 4790k @ 4,4 ghz
gpu msi gtx 970
ram 16 gb

upload speed 150 mbit
download speed 150 mbit

Don't use keyframe 0. Use keyframe 2.

At a minimum, it will reduce the time it takes to recover from 8.5s to 2s.

No. The keyframe interval.

Your bitrate is a little high for twitch (and could cause viewer buffering) but that's a separate issue.
