Question / Help Huge lag so I can't edit...

So I have obs and I can't edit because: Disable aero isn't working BECAUSE I have Windows 8.1. And OBS doesn't let me disable aero so I can't edit... I don't know what to do! If you guys are that great to reply in 1 day and get a result why it isn't working. Then you guys are amazing!

It doesn't have to do with editing but when I try to edit when I just recorded with OBS It's lagging as hell
