Question / Help Huge FPS loss while streaming

Hi all,

so I'm trying to stream iRacing and am getting a huge fps hit whilst doing so. I go from seeing about 200fps to 40-60.

All I need is a solid 60 fps for my stream but cannot achieve it.

Here's my info:

Asus Deluxe Mobo.
I7 4790k boost clocked to 4.4ghz
8gb Corsair Vengeance 1600 Ram
EVGA SC 780 TI

Here's my settings:

Please note: I've changed FPS to 60 and priority class to normal and saw a small fps increase. But nothing substantial :/.
