Question / Help Huge Drop Frames

i have a problem when i'm in the game and i preview or record a game i have huge drop frames but when i'm not in the game and i'm still recording or previewing the game my frames are back at normal

i tried it but i still have the same problem
should i try reinstalling OBS maybe something went wrong when i installed it
btw i changed my Windows to 64x and now it does that problem but when i had 32x it was working perfectly and i use OBS 64x

Your post was unclear. You changed from the 64-bit version of Windows to the 32 bit version of Windows? That wouldn't have any effect on anything, although I'm surprised that the 64-bit OBS ran on 32 bit Windows.

If you're still having the problem after changing the settings as shown in the local recording guide, then use the best settings you're able to figure out so far for a five minute (at least) session of high action content, and post the OBS log file from that attempt.

i downloaded OBS Studio and it works perfectly i don't need any help now but thanks for trying to help me! and when i was saying that i'm using 64x OBS i meant now i'm using it so you won't understond that i use 32x now
