Your post was unclear. You changed from the 64-bit version of Windows to the 32 bit version of Windows? That wouldn't have any effect on anything, although I'm surprised that the 64-bit OBS ran on 32 bit Windows.
If you're still having the problem after changing the settings as shown in the local recording guide, then use the best settings you're able to figure out so far for a five minute (at least) session of high action content, and post the OBS log file from that attempt.
