How to use a single webcam in multiple programs? For example, in obs for recording and in zoom for streaming.

Don't use manycam for recording unless you have pro and want lag recordings. (manycam is decent but obs is better if you know how to use it)
The first link will give a plugin which you can find how to plug in the plugin.
Manycam and altercam you have to install them and set it up but its super easy because its just some clicking and that's that.
