How to use a mp3 webradio / streaming as a media source or VLC source?

I'd like to add some music to my streaming using an online webradio whose link is like this http://icestreaming.rai.it:80/11.mp3.

I tried adding a remote Media Source with this link and the music doesn't start — the audio track doesn't show audio activity neither. I tried using a VLC source, but without any result. What am I doing wrong?

Are you not getting any audio mixer entry in obs for the vlc source when you add the radio?
