Question / Help How to Stream YouTube 720?

So I am fairly new to OBS and I am attempting to stream 720 to YouTube but it only seems to receive 360p? I know I must be doing something wrong but I cannot find what. I am new to OBS but I am farmiliar with encoding solutions such as Kulabyte, Flash, and Livestream for producers.
