Question / Help How to stream my friend's screen along with mine?

I have read about some very complicated methods to stream two different screen's from two different locations. I don't really want to do the method that requires setting up some kind of server to send the stream info to a server, then record the stream from the server it was sent to.

BASICALLY, what I want to accomplish is this:

Me and my friend want to be able to switch between our screens while streaming CSGO. We have already setup a method that records both of our webcams (from different locations) whilst we play. We have already tried using the Skype "Screen Share" method, but the quality is very poor and doesn't allow to adjust it in any way. I have heard of Teamviewer, but from what I see, it allows PC control access, when we just want to be able to record the other's screen through the stream when one of us dies.

If anyone has any idea or suggestions that would be awesome. We are in desperate need of a program or method that will allow us to stream 1. The Host PC's screen and then 2. Switch to display my friend's CSGO screen.

EDIT: When I say Different Locations, I mean that we are not in the same house. We are on two separate internet connections in different locations (Not in the same room/LAN setup).

I was looking for an alternative to that method. As I stated, I wanted to know if there is another way to screen share gameplay without setting up a nginx server.

That's the only method I can think of that isn't completely terrible unless you want to get an apartment together and buy a capture card. Remote viewing apps like Skype and TeamViewer aren't going to cut it (and to be fair that's not what they're designed to do anyway).
