Question / Help How to stream and record using obs

Hello everyone,

I have been using obs for a while now while streaming or recording but always i had big block boxes showing when streaming and its starting to get annoying. If anyone knows how to fix this annoying black boxes please let me know

I have tried expanding the game recording so it looked bigger but i could not actually make it full screen without the black boxes around it.

Post your logfile from the help menu. the only way to avoide black boxes is to record and play at 16:9 aspect ratio.

post your logfile as well are you looking at your recording in full screen?

And another thing while i record for some odd reason there are no recorded sounds when i listen to my recording idk if i did anything wrong
 
I have not uploaded it to youtube but chaning the resolution to 1920*1017 did seem to work for the program
It did show as filled
 
I found a fix when i play mc on 825*513 it changes it on obs to 16:9 ratio so everything will be full screen :D And the quality is fixed too :D
