Question / Help How to stream and record locally at the same time?

Sorry for the noob question...

Just wanted to know how to do this in case I am on a WR run and my stream decides to dc.

How can I locally record while streaming?

Under Settings > Broadcast settings, tick Save to File.
 
Having said that, OBS currently does not do streaming and local recording separately. It saves whatever you are streaming, but if you DC, the recording will stop. The rewrite of OBS will fix this problem.
