Right click under "Sources" in the scene you want them in, click "Add" and then select what you want there to be, be it text or images from your computer. :)

Make sure that the image/text are on top of the gameplay/windowacpture/whatever.
The first source will be the source displayed on top of every other source, while the last source is at the bottom of everything.
Right click the source and change the order of the sourcelist.
