Question / Help How to put an overlay for loading screens?

Ex. The DayZ home screen or server list.

I just recently got into streaming and stream sniping hasn't really been an issue due to the fact that I always join games via the "join game" feature on steam. However, due to this, I always have to wait for friends to find a server before I can join myself. This leading to my question:

How do I create a source that would be either a image or gif perhaps that will be something like a background image while I'm loading games such as DayZ to prevent stream sniping?

I also finally got around to adding a donation feature to my page and all is working and functional except for the visual alert popping up on the actual stream. I've followed all the tutorials on YT or whatever I could find and I'm still having problems with this one particular issue. I have CLR open and the donations are recieved through the program, yet it fails to appear on the stream itself.

Much thanks in advance!

*UPDATE: figured out the OBS loading problem, still need help with donations though :(

You can add an image source to a scene by right-clicking in the sources box and selecting Image. Creating the image is up to you, use the image editor of your choice. http://www.twitch.tv/subalert can be used to facilitate on-stream notifications of new subscribers, followers, and donations.
