How to override SPACE shortcut for Parameters window, and how disabling shorcuts when OBS not in foreground

Good morning.

I have two questions :
- How to define SPACE for the pause, knowing that this key is already taken natively by the software to open the Parameters window?
- How to make OBS hotkeys only work when OBS is in the foreground?

I started a recording, moved my cursor to the blank space below my scene list, clicked there, paused with space, resumed with space and ended the recording without opening any Parameter windows. Try that.
Settings > Advanced > Hotkeys > Hotkey Focus Behavior: Disable hotkeys when main window is not in focus [Apply] [OK].
