How to open OBS with Recording started?

Hi,
I want to have a shortcut in Total Commander toolbar (where some apps accepts parameters) and, when I press that shortcut, to open OBS directly minimized (not mandatory minimized) and with Recording started automatically (mandatory) in the default Scene (or parametrized).
Any advise?
