Question / Help How to listen from OBS streaming?

Hi folks, I'm using the Video plugin to send a recorded video and when streaming it I see the speaker volume green leds (bars) moving, so it is showing that there is a sound working, but I can't hear it on my PC. Is it how OBS works (mute) or there is some way to hear the recorded video while sending it (streaming)?

Thanks in advance.

If I understand correctly, you can try to go to your recording devices, click the mic your using and under the listen tab, select listen to this device and have it play through your headset. You may receive and echo of your voice in your recordings depending on how you have your recordings setup to hear game audio.

In the video source, there is an option in the upper right hand corner to play the video audio through an output device rather than just outputting it to the stream.

Hi Dodgepong, thanks for your reply. Now I got to hear the preview stream, but my doubt now is, by setting this way you informed, in the video/properties/Audio Settings:
(x) Output to audio device and picking the Audio device as my "speakers" (Audio driver),
Will the audio be output to the streaming too or it will play only on the desktop and do not send to the stream?
So, in other words:
a) By selecting output to an audio device, does stream receive the sound too?
b) There is some way to send to stream and hear on the desktop at the same time?

Thanks.
