Question / Help How to keep overlay/notifications from resetting?

So basically I have a follower notification (TNotifier), a donation notification (ImRaising) and a chat overlay (BetterTTV). I figured out how to get it all setup on my stream using window capture on only one monitor, but any time I need to shut down my PC or close those windows, I have to reconfigure all of that all over again. I have to reselect each window again for each scene, resize the subregion for each window, edit each scene to put it where I want it, etc. And as you can imagine this takes quite a bit of time to do that for each window all over again. So my question is:

Is there any way to stop that from happening? Like to where I can just open those three windows back up and OBS will automatically detect them and use the settings (subregion and such) I left for each of them?

It should do this already, so long as the windows are already open before OBS needs them. I usually open all of mine before I even start up OBS though, to be on the safe side.
