Question / Help How to increase FPS on my camera without having to turn on all the lights?

This has been bugging me for a long time now... FPS on my camera appears so slow, I'd say it's even less than 10 FPS !
Somehow when I turn on all the lights in my room the cam starts working at 30 FPS (as set in the settings). Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks!
