Question / Help How to improve recorded video content?

I'm using OBS to record Overwatch gameplay. You can see from my video that the quality takes a huge hit right after I alt-tab in to the game 2 seconds in to the video:

Any suggestions on what settings to change to improve the video quality?

I'll up the bitrate, though I figured 4000 was enough

I didn't want the analyzer link. I wanted the link to the log itself.

I'm not familiar with the logs or how to get them, sorry
