How do I get rid of stream delay for my stream?

If you're talking about Twitch, Ustream, or YouTube, you can't get rid of the stream delay. There will always be ~20-30 seconds of delay due to the way they distribute their videos. If you want to use a service that only has a few seconds of delay, then try Hitbox.tv or VaughnLive.

Oh i did not realize that I did not realize that i guess big streamers are just use to it then
