alright so i just got back in to streaming. i have a few questions

1. when i use 3250kbps bitrate, people say they buffer too much. but around 2500 the stream gets blurry. (720p 30fps), any suggestions?

2. how to i get initial viewers? i mean ill get 1-2 watching every now and again but it never exceeds that. i have good quality/a webcam/i talk (even if nobody is watching) and i would say i have an alright voice/personality. how would i get the initial viewers?

3. what games should i start out with? i know LoL or something would be a bad idea. but even DayZ which i love is hard to get viewers on. i tried the binding of isaac and i honestly just didnt like the game. any suggestions?

thanks to any and all help!

Most likely you won't get more than 5 people watching until after around a month or two of streaming regularly. It's just more likely that you don't offer anything extremely unique because streaming is very popular now.

As for the buffer/bitrate I run mine at 3500 and do 720/60 or 720/30. Yes not everyone can download that much from twitch that fast but there you can't please everyone. Offering a high end stream for high end viewers or offering a lower end stream for lower end users, It's really up to you to decide.

Also you could try setting the quality balance depending on what you are streaming. Sometimes setting it high is counterproductive if you are playing a fast paced game like Dayz.
