Let me explain I used OBS during one of my recording.
But when my hard disk was full it does not reach it create the file in the final destination folder. Or what is the folder daughter Cache video?

If your hard drive is full then the recording will not be created.

I recorded and after my disk is full.

If you recorded to FLV the file will be playable up until you ran out of space.

No it was not what I try to explain.

Basically, I made a video. The hard disk was full and therefore it does not reach have continued recorded. The file in the destination folder does not therefore create these.

I try to find or do caching file this form. To retrieves it had already created but had not been completed.

The file is not cached, it is written directly to the destination.
