How to Game Capture Focused Window (Automatically) Without a Hotkey?

Hello! As the title says, I'd like to have the window my game capture uses change automatically to whatever window I have in the foreground without having to press my hotkey every time. I'm surprised it's not a setting, and the closest thing is "capture any fullscreen application", my issue is I don't always full screen my games and it'd be more efficient for me as I'm very forgetful or don't have obs on screen. This would be a super useful feature to have since the capture any fullscreen application doesn't play nice with Borderless games as well. Even a plugin or something would be great.
