Hello, I am using Logitech c270 webcam. It offers up to 720P and 30 FPS. When I view the camera output in the OBS interface, the video is smooth. But after saving a recording, the Frame rate is reduced to 20-25 FPS which feels uncomfortable to view. In the obs setting, I used 30 FPS and the video file properties, I can 30 FPS as well. But video is not smooth. Also sometimes voice feels not synced with facial movements. Is it caused by recording tool or the webcam itself?
I tried to record in a very bright room, but it doesn't help.
Can I force 30 FPS recording in any way?
