Question / Help How to fix red overlay images

Hi guys. I made a overlay in photoshop but every time i try to use it in obs is it just a red
square. then i use other pepols overlays it work. i dont know if im save it as the right file or eny thing. so plz can somebody tell me what to do :D

I'm having a similar problem now of a red box for overlay. Which format did you end up using?

you need to save the images as png if the image has transparent layer. for other you can use either jpg,png or bmp I believe

Im saving it as png and it still gives me the red box
