Got a problem. Using OBS/TeamSpeak/Media player for my stream and really annoyed about music after awhile. Is there a way to exclude audio from media player so it won't play in my headphones but will play directly to OBS while not cutting teamspeak sound from OBS/Headphones.

Haven't find info if VAC can do it.

Yep, you'd need VAC or VB-Audio for this.

But think about it. If you're annoyed by the music, why wouldn't your viewers be? I don't run music on my cast when in-game. If people watching want music, they can turn on their own. Added bonus, it'll probably be music they like. Extra-added bonus, if I ever think it's too quiet, it serves as a reminder that I, as a livestreamer, SHOULD BE TALKING.

People are not annoyed, i'm sure. It's all about teamspeak, can't really communicate while got music in my head.
As for VAC - no idea how to even do this kind of trick via VAC

Search here for a past thread asking about doing exactly this, or on the VAC/VB-Audio forums.
It's one of the basic tutorials, if memory serves.
