Question / Help How to downsample games

I'd like to downsample some of my games from a higher resolution while playing but the stream always ends up cutting the edges of my video off.

I'm using a R9 290x downsampling from 3200x1800 to 1920x1080 and then to 720p for my twitch stream.
The game appears fine while playing but the video captured from OBS isn't capturing the whole screen, even when using monitor capture.

Switch back to game capture then fit the source to the screen (right-click it - position/size - fit to screen)

I figured it out, I needed to enable "stretch to fit screen"
