My internet is this http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3189749693

I stream cs:go and my hardware allows me to stream at 720p @ 60fps with 150+ fps.
I had someone in my stream help me out and he said to lower the bitrate to make the stream look better. Should i do this? Right now im at 2500kb/s and my internet is that above. I have 2 other people in my house going on netflix / watching youtube / watching streams in the house and I do not want them to suffer because I am live streaming.

With my internet, what should my bitrate be?

3000 is more than sufficient for 720p 60fps. 2500 is "acceptable", that should be okay as well.

You won't interfere with netfix/youtube for your house, as that is downloading. Streaming is uploading, so it shouldn't really interfere with their movie watching.

(Also, posting a log is a bit better than pictures of your settings, though thank you for showing me your settings regardless)
