How to create a virtual Mic

Hi All,
I am using the OBS Studio as a Virtual camera for Zoom and Skype, but I have a problem, the OBS Audio not broadcasted when using Zoom or other platforms. So is there are any possibility to create a Virtual mic that can be sync with OBS Studion Audio?

You can use VB-Cable and use the Monitoring function of OBS to send the audio to Zoom using this virtual cable

When I use the VB-Cable to send audio to teams zoom etc, I cannot hear (monitor) the audio played from a media source played by OBS. If, from windows sound settings I choose to "listen" to the VB-Cable, then I also hear my mic and I get feedback. How can we resolve the issue?
