Quick question: do you recommend any specific workflow or settings for balancing performance vs. visual quality?
well this is just basic browser source with local file it should cause no performance issues as for the visual quality is all about how you concept your CSS and html template. The best option in my opinion for high quality lower thirds is to use html canvas and build the lower third using javascript, there is no wrong or right way to use Vinciflow, the posibilities are endless.
