Hi there, so I've been streaming for a couple months but I'm wondering if my stream is actually 60fps.
I've tried uploading a highlight video to YouTube and using MediaInfo and it says the file uploaded to YouTube is 30fps.
I was wondering if that is correct or if when sending it to YouTube from my Twitch Dashboard it changes the fps?
Here is a link to my VOD where I did a quick video test for someone else to check as I can't seem to find a program that will scan it for me without sending it to youtube and downloading first.
