How to change DisableSendWindowOptimization=1 setting?

Hello I found this old thread (https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-and-disconnects.22136/page-2) were 2 users were having very similar issues than mine and changing this option apparently helped them. In 2017 R1CH says that the option is now on the "Advanced" tab but I don't see anything that resembles that. Is there any I can modify this setting today? Thank you for your time!

That thread is for OBS Classic which is no longer supported. For OBS Studio, the option is called "Enable network optimizations" under Advanced settings and defaults off.
