Question / Help how to capture audio?

Hi. I would like to know how to capture all sounds not video?

I was trying to add a source to add all sounds in/out of the sound card. Any suggestions?

You can select your audio devices in Settings -> Audio. By default, OBS should capture everything going through your default playback device and default microphone.
