Question / Help How does one use OBS?

How does one record, I have problems recording, There's no Sounds being recorded in my gameplay, and it's not capturing my Audio, Not really useful, but it's a problem, and it's Just silent noise and just gameplay, my second Problem in some games, I have this problem where the game is frozen and OBS Appears in the middle. how do I fix this?

I really want to use this Software, since in some cases it's better for bandicam, fraps and other paid recording software, I also like it cause it lets you record facecams, Audio, and Gameplay, and also enables you to stream.
