I figured out a solution! even though this is a post from 3 years ago here is my solution: First uninstall ndi plugin in the control panel, then go to where your files for obs are. so drive letter/program files/obs-studio/obs-plugins/64bit(or32bit depending on ur computer) in this file theres two ndi files you can delete usually named obs-ndi plugin. fixes the issue
Guess what? StreamElements requires you to close Chrome to uninstall. Even if OBS isn't running. There's no way I'm closing Chrome just to uninstall one plugin. I'm doing it manually through regedit and manual files deletion.
