what do i do in order to get a browser source to control obs for example when the browser loads a video source replays and the playing starts
how do i use the browser source page permissions to interact with obs

Where is the documentation for this stuff? It isn't at https://obsproject.com/kb/browser-source at time of writing, and https://docs.obsproject.com/ seems lower level that what swagdowdle and I are looking for.
