Question / Help How do i use less CPU

I keep dropping frames when i put my FPS up past 30 which makes the stream lag.

My Specs

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz quad core (up to 3.9GHz)
RAM: 8GB
GFX Card: AMD HD7770 1GB
Upload: 10MB
CAPTURE CARD: Elgato game capture HD 60

Using around 45% CPU when streaming

There isn't really a difference between 30 and 60 FPS.

Dropped frames are a network problem, not CPU.
