Question / Help How do I record with surround sound rather than stereo?

I'm doing game-capture videos, and the game outputs in surround sound. But OBS seems to be only capable of stereo. This makes my videos sound incredibly bad occasionally, when there is sound coming from "behind the camera" as it were. How do I make OBS record all the sound output?

OBS can only record/stream in stereo. Set up a downmix to 2-channel/disable surround sound.
