How do I record my screen + the computer audio without this echo?

Here is my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/KXpkFNVu1IpStLCI

I just want to record my own screen and the audio from my laptop, to capture gameplay and stuff. Not sure why the audio sounds so tinny. I tried to attach a video example, but the file is too large. I am using the audio from my speakers, which I believe is the right way? I don't seem to have any other conflicting audio source, such as my microphone. I'd appreciate help if anyone has an idea why I'd be getting tinny/echoed audio.

Audio from speakers is NOT the right way... that is an output, not input.
And if open speakers (or in your case, Desktop audio) and microphone, then you have created an audio loop (echo). don't do that
use headphones (so mic won't pick up speaker output), or turn off mic, or ??? lots of options, depends on how sophisticated you want to get.

Your mistake is thinking that free, open-source software (like OBS Studio) would use patented (ie license cost) noise-cancelling to kill speaker output from microphone. OBS Studio doesn't do that. Though there are 3rd party plugins that can accomplish something similar..
