Question / Help How do I record in-game audio?

Hi, I am playing Minecraft and recording it using OBS. I mute my desktop audio and mic/aux audio, how do I record in-game audio? I am using a Mac by the way. thanks.
 
Your ingame audio will come through the desktop audio option by default including anything your computer puts out such as music.
 
but i am wearing headphones. is there any way i could still record the in-game sounds while i have headphones off? because playing games without wearing headphones is kinda... y'know weird
