Question / Help How do I put an output file when I Install OBS?

It won't install because you're blocking it you mean.

then how would I unblock it?

Run the installer as admin most likely.

I ran it as administrator and it does not work.. and I do not have admin on my PC

If you don't have admin rights, there's nothing we can do. Talk to the owner of the system and have them install it.
